General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between Copandrops and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website [www.copandrops.store](http://www.copandrops.store).

1. Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Copandrops on its Site.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions prior to ordering.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site, while stocks last. Copandrops reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. The photographs of the products are not contractual and do not commit Copandrops.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and include order processing costs. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order. Copandrops reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the Site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

5. Order

The Customer can place an order on the Site by following the online ordering process. The order is validated when the Customer has completed all the mandatory fields and clicked on the order validation button. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the Customer. The sale will be considered final after sending this confirmation email.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The Customer can make payment by credit card, PayPal or any other means of payment accepted by Copandrops. Secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider. The information transmitted is encrypted according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Copandrops undertakes to ship orders within the deadlines indicated on the Site. In the event of late delivery, the Customer will be informed by email. If the delivery date is exceeded by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel his order and obtain a refund of the sums paid.

8. Withdrawal

The Customer may cancel his order within 3 hours of placing it or before the order is confirmed by Copandrops, whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed since the Customer placed the order, the order cannot be canceled.

9. Warranty

All products supplied by Copandrops benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to Copandrops who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email or postal mail within 14 days after delivery.

10. Liability

Copandrops cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Copandrops' liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders may take up to 3 days to process before shipping. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once the order is placed. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.
